On October 27, 2004, Mr. Dead Beat Parent #1 entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his two teenage children. Mr. Dead Beat Parent #1 failed to make any payments since being sentenced. Mr. Dead Beat Parent #1 is believed to be a principal with a Los Angeles based import/export company. On May 2, 2005 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

MR. DEAD BEAT PARENT #2 (ARRESTED)

On March 30, 2004, Mr. Deadbeat Parent #2 entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his two daughters. Mr. Deadbeat Parent #2 was found to be in violation of his probation and failed to appear for the sentencing on his violation. On March 18, 2005 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

MR. DEAD BEAT PARENT #3 (ARRESTED)

On April 19, 2001, Mr. Deadbeat Parent #3 entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his son. Mr. Deadbeat Parent #3 was sentenced to 180 days of jail-time but failed to surrender to serve his time. On August 30, 2007 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

MR. DEAD BEAT PARENT #4 (SURRENDERED)

On December 19, 1996, Mr. Deadbeat Parent #4 entered into a plea of no contest to Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to support his teenage daughter. Mr. Deadbeat Parent #4 did not comply with the terms of his probation and failed to appear for his probation violation hearing. On September 14, 1999 a warrant was issued for his arrest.

DEAD BEAT PARENT #5 (SURRENDERED)

AMOUNT OWED $242,437

On September 10, 1998, Mr. Deadbeat Parent #5 pled “no contest” to a charge of violating Penal Code Section 166(a)(4) for failing to comply with the terms of a court order to support his daughter and two sons. On July 6, 2006, he failed to appear at court for sentencing on a charge of violating his probation. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Mr. Deadbeat Parent #5 is believed to work in construction.
